We write to
businesses, once.

Who we write to

Shadow Operator Agency writes to businesses — estate agencies in the province of Alicante, Spain, and other companies that fit what we build. We write to business addresses that those businesses publish themselves, about a service relevant to the work they do.

We do not send consumer email. We do not buy, rent, sell or exchange mailing lists, and we do not use affiliates, resellers or any third party to send on our behalf.

What our messages contain

Plain text, written by a person, usually under a hundred words. No links, no images, no attachments, no tracking pixels. We do not track opens or clicks.

Our sending domains carry no public content of their own. They exist to identify the sender, not to advertise a web page, and each one leads to this site. Visiting one directly today first shows a security check placed there by our email provider; we have asked for it to be removed so that the domains resolve straight here.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply with the word stop. That is enough — no form, no account, no reason needed. Every message also carries a List-Unsubscribe header, so your mail client can do it for you in one click.

Requests are honoured on the day they arrive and they are permanent. The address and its domain go onto a suppression list that applies to every mailbox and every domain we send from, including ones we register later.

If you think we got it wrong

Write to us and we will remove you, tell you where the address came from, and correct the source. If you believe a message of ours broke this policy, we want to know — that is the only way we find out.
